New York: The Firm maintains a unique affiliation with SRFK, which is a New York based law firm and has over 60 lawyers and legal professionals. SRFK provides counselling in the capital market, corporate law, civil litigation and arbitration sectors. Its expertise includes supporting commercial transactions and entities, supporting companies up to the IPO stage and after, representation before regulatory bodies and the treatment of public companies in the field of US securities.
Romania: This branch specializes in the real estate law as well as commercial law, and serves many Israeli entrepreneurs working in Romania in different fields, including litigation and real estate transactions, and obtaining a Romanian passport for Israelis entitled to it. Cyprus: This branch is located in Nicosia, provides legal and business services to clients with international operations, starting with forming companies, including trust services; management of the Board of Directors.
